If you do not find the answer in the documentation or FAQ and have priority support subscription, open new ticket. Please, specify in detail the problem, when it appears, and how it looks (attach a screenshot).

Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins.

Priority Support

Priority Support is provided in personal correspondence by e-mail only for themes, plugins and add-ons for packages included priority support.
