- for themes and plugins that published at WordPress repositiry technical support aavailable only at official WordPress.org forum: theme Basic, plugins Comment Images Reloaded, Hierarchical HTML Sitemap and HideLinks.
- for our other themes, plugins and add-ons, technical support is provided according to the conditions on this page.
What our support COVERS:
- We provide support for our products only.
- We provide guidelines if you need help on how to install our WordPress products.
- We will help if you need assistance on how to use any declared features of our product.
- We helps with known bugs and issues.
We DO NOT provide support for Customizations:
- We provide our products as is. Full product features are described on our website.
- We do not customize and do not provide support on issues regarding WordPress and third party plugins or themes.
- We do not provide support and do not fix any problem or collision with a third party plugin or theme from another company. Except for some plugins that was tested (we mark compatibility with 3rd party plugins in the product features).
Support is provided in personal correspondence by e-mail only for themes, plugins and add-ons for packages included support.
- Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm GMT+2. We will also try our best to reply to messages over the weekend where possible.
- Be patient. Please note that there may be a delay in our reply if you are in a different timezone.
- We try to do our best. Note that if your package does not include technical support – we do not guarantee an answer to the request.
