Basic Support

Available in our forum for free products and add-ons (only package Light). We can not guarantee a solution to your problem, but try to do my best.

If you do not find the answer in the documentation or FAQ and have priority support subscription, open new ticket. Please, specify in detail the problem, when it appears, and how it looks (attach a screenshot).

Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins.

Priority Support

Priority Support is provided in personal correspondence by e-mail only for premium themes, paid plug-ins and add-ons (packages Standard or Extras ).
