Today we have released a new version of theme BASIC 1.2.2. We placed the main emphasis on internationalization and fixed minor problems in this update.
Full compatibility with WPML
Now you can safely use theme BASIC with plugin WordPress Multilingual – the most popular solution for multilingual sites.WPML specialists in tandem with the WP Puzzle team worked on testing compatibility. As our BASIC is very independent and doesn’t require any additional plugins to work correctly, the testing process has passed fast and painlessly! We are grateful to WPML developers for quick work and excellent communication throughout the entire period!
Announcement about testing and full compatibility of BASIC and WPML will be published on November 3 on the official website. Moreover, now we have the official certificate from WPML and page about compatibility on plugin site.

BASIC in German and Polish
3 months have passed already since counter of active installations showed 10000 on theme page (we continue to wait for 20 thousand:) ). The number of active installations grows, theme is downloaded more than 200 times every day and users regularly write to technical support from all over the world!
That is why we aim to make the theme available in many languages! Our team translated theme into German in this update (thanks to the initiative of Kate:) ). And with a help of Piotr Nosek Polish translation has appeared – we sincerely thank Piotr for the Polish language for BASIC theme!

In addition to linguistic novelties, styles for lists were corrected, (now they are displayed equally well even in IE), filters for pagination arguments were added and output descriptions in title links category was removed.
You can install update to new version in automatic mode directly from admin dashboard of your WordPress site. If you haven’t tried our theme yet, install it from WordPress dashboard (type basic in search box on page Appearance – Themes – Add new) or download on page of WordPress.org.
